At B3 Better Sports Performance, we take immense pride in the success and growth of the athletes we’ve trained over the years. Our program has supported athletes at all levels, from youth to professional athletes, fostering skill development, strength, speed, and mental toughness.

Our training program begins with youth athletes, where we lay the foundation for solid athletic performance, focusing on movement patterns, agility, and injury prevention. As athletes progress into middle school and high school, we further enhance their abilities by incorporating sport-specific drills and performance-enhancing techniques. We’ve had the privilege of working with standout high school athletes, many of whom have gone on to compete at the collegiate level.

In college, our athletes continue to refine their skills, focusing on advanced strength and conditioning, mental preparation, and in-depth sports performance techniques. Our training has been pivotal in helping college athletes excel in their respective sports, both on and off the field.
