Based on the team testing results, we generate a detailed Speed Index, Agility Index, and Power Index for each athlete. These indices provide key insights into an athlete’s current abilities and highlight areas for improvement.

  • Speed Index: This index measures the athlete’s overall speed, including acceleration and top-end speed. We use sprint testing and timed drills to generate a personalized Speed Index that helps athletes track improvements over time.
  • Agility Index: The Agility Index evaluates the athlete’s ability to change direction quickly, an essential skill for sports like football, basketball, and baseball. Agility tests, such as the shuttle drill, are used to calculate this index, allowing us to monitor progress in lateral movement and reaction time.
  • Power Index: Athletes with high Power Index scores possess the ability to perform explosive movements, crucial for speed, jumping, and general athleticism. Power is evaluated through tests like the vertical jump and broad jump, as well as dynamic strength exercises.
