Core Values For
Athlete Development
1
Customized Athlete-Centered Programs
Each athlete is unique, with distinct needs based on their sport, position, strengths, and areas for growth. A customized training approach considers these factors, providing a program that maximizes results and minimizes injury risks. We build customized sports specific training programs to help the athlete maximize their potential.
2
Science-Driven Training
Programs grounded in sports science ensure that training techniques are effective, safe, and based on current research. This approach builds trust with athletes and parents, knowing that training methods are both modern and validated. We build science-backed sports training programs for our youth and professional athletes.
3
Progressive Overload and Safe Progression
Athletes benefit most from gradual increases in intensity and difficulty, building resilience and capacity without risking injury. Training programs should follow a structured path that advances based on each athlete’s capabilities and goals. We believe in progressive speed and strength training are necessary to increase athlete performance.
4
Focus on Long-Term Development and Sustainability
Rather than aiming for short-term gains, training should prioritize skills, strength, and techniques that will serve athletes throughout their careers. Sustainable progress prevents burnout and keeps athletes healthy for the long haul. We believe in the future of our athletes through long-term athletic development.
5
Emphasis on Injury Prevention and Recovery
Injury prevention is key in high-intensity sports. Programs should include injury risk assessments, preventative exercises, and recovery strategies, ensuring athletes stay healthy and capable of performing at their peak. We use Athletic Assessments and Evaluations to program for injury prevention when building a training program. We have a high focus on athlete safety and can help them with sports rehabilitation recovery programs to get athletes back on track.
6
Continuous Performance Tracking and Goal Setting
Regular athletic assessments help track progress, identify areas for improvement, and set realistic goals. This continuous tracking keeps athletes motivated and allows trainers to adjust programs as needed for optimized results. We believe athlete performance tracking is a must in today's world of goal-oriented sports specific training.

Strength training, agility/athletics work, core strength and olympic weightlifting resources, trainers certified, experienced and ready to help you find more. blake lambert2023-10-21 Coach John has been a remarkable trainer for our son. John’s positive attitude and knowledge is exactly what he needed. His strength and improvement in his skating and conditioning is directly related to John’s training. John’s approach to training is unique as he teaches but also motivates his students to push harder to achieve their best - he connects very well. As parents, we really appreciate John’s discussions with us. He consistently keeps us informed on the goal of the training as well as how our son is doing . We highly recommend Coach John Bolling as a trainer and mentor. Michael Danielson2023-10-16 Our son has been working with John Bolling for over a year now and words cannot express how happy we are with the results we’ve seen. First, John is great working with him both individually and in group settings. John’s attention to what he needs to develop fully is amazing and his understanding of our son’s strengths and weaknesses allow John to focus on specialized training. We’re looking forward to continuing to work with John and B3B. It’s great having someone local who takes pride in what they do to help our children better themselves both on and off the field. Thank you, John!
